Quick response and reasonable pricing. Griffen was great helping us deal with a clogged sump pump drain. Polite and knowledgeable.

We had an emergency clog with the toilet in the morning and Matt at Drain Works was able to fit me in the same afternoon. The tech spent about 20 minutes, unclogged our toilet, told us the cause, and gave us advice on when to pump the septic. Professional, speedy, and affordable.

I leave my office and was sitting at a red light on Progress Way and Route 32 in Eldersburg...after the light on my side had turned green for about 2 seconds, a Drain Works company truck was doing well over 50 miles an hour on Route 32 and drove right through the red light that had been red for at least 2 or 3 seconds. There was one car in front of me who started driving and luckily stopped just in time after seeing this truck not stop at all. If that car in front of me had not paid attention, they would have been dead. It sickens me especially when someone is on duty and is driving in a dangerous manner and all I can think of is that my wife and kids go to the Merritt Athletic Club all the time and are constantly driving through that intersection including myself. I called the company and spoke to the owner, the guy should be fired.

Great company to deal with! As a new home owner, when I have plumbing problems, I want them fixed immediately. Drain Works is a LOCAL company who provides a real down to earth customer service. They have a great sense of urgency to come out right away. There's never been an issue that they haven't been able to resolve. I would recommend them to anyone who is ever in need for a local plumber.
