This is the worst company I could have chosen to replace a valve under the bathroom sink in my condo. This was from a referral with a condo that does business with company.

During our surprise inspection, WSSC told the plumber he filed the wrong permit application - he should have filed the "long form". To which the plumber replied, "I guess I did it old school." "No it's just wrong." BURN - inspector wasn't even going to let him play it off. These guys don't return calls. They don't tell you when inspections are scheduled. They wouldn't even move quickly to TAKE MY MONEY.

Incredibly poor follow-through and customer service. Plumbing was sloppy too, but passed inspection. There are two places where pipes jut through the space where drywall should go, making proper drywall work impossible. First they said they had to bill our credit card before they could schedule a WSSC inspection, then they took 10 days to bill us. All in all it took 5 weeks to get this project inspected and closed out because they twice failed to properly file permit applications. They would not tell us when inspections were scheduled. One was a surprise, one was an "all day" range because "the guy who scheduled that isn't in today and I can't tell you when it's scheduled for." I don't know how they stay in business. I was also told once that the delays were because, "I've got a lot of customers wanting me to do things for them right now."
