H&B installed my original HVAC systems and plumbing 18 years ago. Through the years I have continued to only do business with them. They have consistently been very courteous, prompt, reliable and fair with pricing for all work completed. Recently, I was interested in replacing my AC and furnace, Gregg came to the house, discussed various options, answered all our questions and gave a good, honest price for the entire job. I could sense that Gregg cares about H&B having a good reputation in the community and doing right by their customers. Sean and Bill worked quietly and efficiently to install the new system. They were very conscientious about cleaning up and ensuring the AC and heat were working properly. I highly value H&B's customer service from the initial call until the job is completed. I plan to continue doing business with them.

We had an issue with a drain so I called H & B. They responded very quickly. The service tech was polite and helpful. It took him a while to get the drain unplugged but managed to clear it. He also suggested what we could do to resolve this from happening again. The cost was very reasonable. Great folks - thank you again for your help. Kevin

H&B installed a new hot water heater and sump pump... they were very professional and personable. They have the experience to meet any of your home needs. They are a great local and community oriented business and I highly recommend them.

Best company I have ever dealt with! I had a septic nightmare that lasted about a week. Greg and Ron came out and work tirelessly to resolve the problem on two separate occasions. They were friendly and reasonably priced. I will never use another plumber again! These guys were beyond fantastic! Thank you so much Greg and Ron.
