***BUYER BEWARE*** I have been a loyal customer of this home depot store for years. I recently used them exclusively for all of my condo renovation needs and tools. We used them for our carpet installation in our condo and after this experience we will be taking all of our business elsewhere. This store in particular ordered and installed the incorrect color of carpet with out ever verifying with us the color that was in the system. Now they will not admit they were wrong and are placing all blame on us and we will have to pay for the removal of the color that we did not order and pay for the installation of the color that we originally ordered. Have spent many hours on the phone with the store and corporate offices and the farthest we got was a patronizing assistant manager using the "I like you, this is what I am going to do for you" lines. Never going back again!
