I have a home in Ocean City, Maryland, and had water back up in my dishwasher. I called Poseidon Plumbing and Home Services on Saturday morning and James Brown came out that day. H was wonderful. He thoroughly examined the sink, garbage disposal and the dishwasher and provided several options. He made sure I understood each and that while he was more than willing to snake the sink pipes if wanted him to, he did not think it was necessary after using a camera in the pipes and finding no blockage. He was very concerned that I did not spend money unnecessarily. He also gave me a detailed explanation of what he believed caused the water to back up into the dishwasher and took corrective action that was sufficient. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and gained my confidence in his ability and his integrity. These are values in a company that matter and make a big difference when seeking contractors. I will use James and Poseidon for any plumbing issues and other services that Poseidon provides, and will recommend Poseidon to my friends. Thank you, James!
