United Service Specialists

A friend referred me to United Service Specialists when our AC broke unexpectedly on a 98 degree day when we were hosting a large party. The dispatcher was super friendly and she assured me that they would be able to schedule a technician to come out same day and fix my AC in no time. That’s exactly what happened — Carlos came to my home and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and saved the day!! He was extremely professional and provided excellent service. I will absolutely use USS again for routine service so hopefully I can prevent further issues!

Both times I have used them (once for the furnace and once for the air-conditioning) the technicians have been knowledgable and transparent about what they found and what they proposed doing. The charges were reasonable and the service excellent. They have a generic name, but a personal approach to treeing their folks. I recommend them!

Great service!! We were given a number of different options from Brendan to replace our AC unit so that we could find something that would fit our budget. The installers arrived right on schedule and were excellent. We would strongly recommend them.

Great everything. Schedule to execution. They are exceptional in letting you know who will be servicing your home. I really appreciate the text with a picture of the HVAC team member coming for the day. Staff is very, very knowledgable and very professional.

Snippy and unprofessional. We had them come out for an initial estimate for a gas conversion. Ultimately we went with another service provider whose estimate was lower. When we needed additional work done, we reached back out for an estimate which was scheduled. Morning of the appointment, we get a phone call from Bill who was very unprofessional. He definitely had an attitude on the phone questioning about our previous project. He canceled our appointment saying he is not in the estimation business. It's unfortunate because I had positive impression from our initial estimate which is why I reached back out again. I would not recommend them for anything now as their true colors and emotional instability came to view. Definitely recommend going with anyone else if you have the option.
