Don't know who the new girls in the office are... but they are GREAT!!! Very sweet and helpful when I had to call in with a hot water heater issue. I haven't used this company in a while because it was so hard to get in touch with someone in the office who seemed to care. But now, WOW!!! So much better! They were able to get a plumber out to me that same afternoon. Josh was very knowledgeable and solved all of my problems. Reasonably priced for such short notice. I will DEFINITELY be using Shary's Plumbing more often again!!!

I've been using this plumbing company for years. While the plumbers are all great and know what they're doing, the office has always lacked with communication. But I can confidently say that over the past few months, there is a 180 degree turn around! They've gotten some new women in the office and they've all been amazing. I've had to call in a few times over the last several months and every time they are polite and ready to help. The scheduling and billing is a lot faster, they call right back when they say they will, and they are so pleasant to deal with. My advice to the company... keep the new ladies and you'll keep this happy customer!

My wife and I have used this company a couple times over the past few years. First, let me preface by saying all the plumbers are great. No complaints whatsoever about them or the work they've done. Our only complaints is how hard it was to get in touch with someone in the office. The owner is almost impossible to get in touch with so don't bother trying. There were two women in the office, the owners daughter and another lady who never seemed to be there. Both were nice enough but like I said, VERY HARD to get a call back, billing was never done on time and questions go unanswered. Fast forward to a few months ago, it's a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT office!! They have new women in the office and I am so glad. The women are all VERY NICE and polite. They are knowledgeable and return calls at once, the billing is up to date and correct. I hope they got rid of the other two women and keep these wonderful ladies!! When we had Josh out last week, the girls were great to deal with. Great plumbers, superb office staff now... keep up the good work!!!

They corrected an installment, by another company, of 2 tankless water heaters efficiently and professionally. Total job costs were over $2,500, which was high; however, they were responsive in a dire situation. My opinion changed when when they charged $258.00 for a 5 minute job to replace a $3.00 O-ring on a water filter. The O-ring was only available online and the canister was disassembled before I checked. Lost a customer and I don't think it matters to them.

Carl came out and solved ALL my plumbing problems expertly. He sleuthed the problems fixed everything in one visit. He also explained what he was doing and why. Shary's henceforth will be my go-to plumbing experts!
