I really hate to leave bad reviews but if I could give zero stars I would because the service that I received from Majestic Drain Solutions was horrible. They were assigned to us through our homeowner's insurance. They came out to fix a clogged toilet. The technician came in with a terrible attitude and acted as though we were bothering him. He claimed to have fixed the toilet and chastised my husband telling him that the toilet was clogged because of the way we use it. We just moved into our home and no one uses that bathroom. The next day that same toilet still would not flush properly. I called to have them come back out to take a look and the person on the phone had the worst attitude. You don't talk your customers that way! We are paying you for a service! I will NEVER use them again and have filed a complaint to my homeowner's insurance as well.

Sean of majestic Drain Solutions has done several jobs for us in our house and his work has been exemplary and outstanding. He is willing to help even beyond what the jobs entails. He advises on the problem and gives several honest options to solve the issue. He is outstanding!
