My most recent appointment has left a very bad taste in my mouth for these guys. I would normally recommend them to everyone as doing good work for reasonable prices but I think that's changed. They charged me 200 bucks for basically confirming the leak I called about without fixing it and changing a well pressure switch I could have done myself in about 15 or 20 minutes. They lied about arrival time (my video doorbell has timestamps) and seemed to dawdle in what they did here to extend their time. I could tell they were milking it while they were here because they'd disappear for 10 minutes at a time for two things that were very straightforward. Overall I'm very unhappy at this time.

Called them Thursday. Couldn't get here till Monday. Waited, waited, waited - called us Monday advising 1PM. Waited Waited (wasted full day). Never called never appeared. When called them they lied - said they had called to put us off until Wednesday. They never called. Totally unreliable
