Wonderful and very thoughtful professionals. They took time to plan the job, acquire the high end components and installed them flawlessly. Bonus: they arrived on time, communicated well and cleaned up after themselves!! I wish they had been the original plumbers I had when I built the house. They also took the time to explain the options and why they recommended one approach over another.

I am impressed with this company! Shout out to Bob and his partner who came out and replaced the main valve and two valves under the sink in my bathroom that broke off causing a massive flood. They restored water to home. They were courteous, friendly, and adroit in their work. The price was affordable. I am so glad to have found this company in Baltimore Magazine. They were voted as Baltimore's best plumbing company.

Everything about my first experience with Saffer was exemplary. I received a call letting me know my technician was 15 minutes away, and arrival afterwards was prompt. Service was friendly and excellent. My issue actually turned out to be a very simple one that could be fixed with the push of a button. I received no charge, but as much education as I asked for regarding the way my house's electrical system is set up. Thanks for a great visit Saffer!

My water heater started leaking last year. Saffer were able to quote on the job based on just a photograph of the previous heater. They helped me choose a high quality, compatible replacement with longer warranty. The installers were punctual, friendly & did a great job. They consulted with me about what to do about water damage caused by previous leak and adapted the installation accordingly. The price was also very fair. I recommend them without hesitation.
