This company is great. They came to our apartment quickly and diagnosed the problem. Our tech Lal (#2765) was really friendly and efficient. We will definitely be using them again for any future problems

Bruce (2171) took great care of me and got a broken shower fixed in no time. I also appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment scheduled, and that the dispatcher called earlier in the morning to see if I wanted to move up my service time.

He was respectful of our home and property, and the space he worked in. He not only got the kitchen drain on the main level cleared, he double checked the pipe through the basement and offered suggestions for prevention of future clogs. I've been living with a running toilet for a month or more! Finally called Catons after doing some research. Jesse (Tech #2254) was very professional and friendly! He explained everything thoroughly and tested everything completely. He was even early to the scheduled appointment! I was extremely happy when the young lady from the office called and asked if it was okay if he can earlier than the scheduled appointment! I will definitely use Caton's again! And will definitely request Jesse!
