Numerous problems: 1) Money owed customer a) $1,100, not reflected in invoices (9/12/2018 deposit $5,700 recorded as $4,600) b) $336 tile not used, not retrieved 2) Exhaust fan – installation not performed by electrician a) Heating element trips circuit breaker b) Fan rattles c) Model not approved by customer – original request was for exhaust with heat lamp 3) Threshold not installed 4) Wall tile not flat 5) Accessories do not match (sink, tub, towel rack, paper holder) 6) Workers appeared erratically: deposit made September 12, 2018, work completed December 19, 2018
Dave renovated 3 bathrooms at our house, including the master. They all came out great! I appreciate his company every time I use the master bath. Would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone.
