Definitive Plumbing came to our rescue big time after we had pipes burst and flood our home last week! Keon did an amazing job finding the sources and rerouting the plumbing to get us up and running again. We can’t thank him and the company enough. I've worked with Definitive Plumbing & Heating for a number of years for plumbing related tasks and have always had a great experience. The jobs that I have had are never large in scale, but I appreciate that the representatives that I have worked with are always on time, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, I've never had an issue with the materials used for each of the jobs, and I've never had to call to address the same issue. To date, Definitive Plumbing & Heating has entirely rebuilt my toilet in my master bath, replaced the faucet in my kitchen with a higher end model, helped seal water lines to ensure no pests could get into the house and replaced the garbage disposal. I couldn't be happier with the results in each case. Would definitely recommend.
