Great company. The guys really pulled through on a Friday and did a big job to get our water back on for a big family event this weekend. I know for a fact most other companies would have pushed it off to Monday so I can’t say thank you enough. Brad, Logan, Kenny, and Kyle all did a great job. Highly recommend this company!!
Prime plumbing do good work. The plumbers know their work. They response time is good. They show up on time at every job.. The plumbers is very Professional. The plumber Robert he get the job done fast and very Professional. Every time Robert come out do work no call backs.. The whole Prime plumbing team is great.
We had my main water service line replaced today. You guys did a great job. Water pressure we never had,we're extremely pleased with the job. Also the workers were very efficient and explain to me what they were doing throughout the process I really appreciated that. Overall I'm very pleased with the job and would use Prime Plumbing in the future.
I sincerely appreciate the service provided by Joe Cachero and his sidekick Kyle. My expansion tank exploded and I had to replace both the expansion pump and my hot water heater. Joe articulated the various options available in new technology that would save money because I had a large 80 gallon water tank. He suggested the 50 gallon water heater with a mixing valve allowing the water heater to generate hot water faster. I'm pleased with the results! Thanks so much for everything!
I wanted to return and leave a comment about the repairmen/representatives that installed my water heater. They were very professional and courteous. They were prompt and they completed the installation in ample amount of time. The representative who brought the water heater up the yard and into the house was very careful and conscious of his surroundings so as not to damage the replacement/new water heater. After the job was completed a thorough description and operation of the water heater was given. I was also asked if I had any questions before they left. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and the representatives.
