All Clear Plumbing & Drain Service, LLC

I have a home warranty with American Home Shield. I recently called in a service because I had a leak in my kitchen. The work was contracted out to All Clear Plumbing & Drain. The company contacted me the next day to schedule service for the following day. I was assigned Carlos, he is fabulous. He entered my home and was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. He was very professional, informative and made me feel like a valued customer. Shout out to Carlos for a job well done. Keep up the good work!

I had All Clear come out to install a new water heater after mine had bit the dust two days earlier, on a holiday weekend. They received my request during the holiday, but called me back essentially 5 minutes after they opened the following morning which I really appreciate. They gave me the quote over the phone and I understood that there might be some price differences based on if some of my current plumbing needed to be brought to code. Alan and Matt called me 30 minutes out from their arrival and then arrived right on time. They were super nice and they talked to me about everything they were doing and why. They answered all of my random questions with no problem and worked efficiently, all in 80+ degree and humid weather. The price came in right on point and I felt that it was fair based on my research. When they finished, they explained the paperwork and cleaned up everything. I would absolutely hire them again for any other plumbing issues we have!

All Clear Plumbing and Drain Service gets 100 stars for their help in solving a difficult problem for me. American Home Shield sent these guys out today when It my hot water heater stopped working. They told me that a hot water heater that was installed recently was not designed to be used with propane which is the source of gas I use. They could have just left it for me to figure it all out, but they didn’t. They stuck around for a good while to help me work it out with the original company, the manufacturer and American Home Shield.. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them.

All Clear Plumbing treated us fairly, did top notch work and arrived on time. We will use them again. Jamie was a knowledgeable journeyman plumber who diagnosed leaks in two different faucets, determined a plan to fix, ordered parts and came back when promised to complete the job. Their team members answering the phones/dispatch were friendly, helpful and professional. This is a good company. Thank you ACP!
