Parker plumbing called ahead of time to tell me when his arrival time would be. Very pleasant gentleman. Explained what was needed to fix , why and the cost of doing so. He was very efficient and double checked All his work ,then cleaned up the work space. He was respectful of my belongings. In other words Sheldon is a very stand-up guy!????

Thank you Antonio, its nice to know that you'll come out and not try to sell me something I don't need. I trust what you do. Last year you saved me 1400.00. today you saved me 900.00. One of you competitors has tried to gouge me twice. Thank You Parker & Sons. It's really great to know that if I need something fixed you will fix it and the price is FAIR. Thank you Antonio for ACTUALLY CARING about your customers. That's a quality not seen much these days. You folks will always have my business. !!!

Received estimates for, then purchased, a new air conditioner and water heater. Everyone was friendly, professional and answered all questions. The workmen who installed the equipment worked quickly and explained what they were doing along the way. I've had the equipment for 3 months and everything is working beautifully. Very satisfied with the service!

When my A/C went down, I called Parker and Sons because the reviews were very good. My technician was very friendly and diagnosed the issue. I was quoted $1,083 to change a fan motor. Just a final price was given no breakdown. I asked the tech how much the motor cost. He said around $200 and I asked how long it would take to fix. He said 30 minutes. This is INSANE!! That's over $800 in labor which equates to $1600 an hour for a labor rate! I work on airplanes for a living and the labor rate is only $125 an hour. I did research and found that same motor for $81. The repair is 3 wires and 4 bolts. Mr. Parker is not offering affordable services for the average Joe. He is price gouging and taking advantage of desperate people that need air conditioning. I would have been more than happy to pay a fair price of maybe $200-$300. This was out of control
