Great work as always. Very skilled team that gets to work, troubleshoots any problems and completes the job the right way. Never had an experience where they leave a job unfinished, no matter how big the job is!

I have to say the Technicians are first rate. Very polite and professional. I would easily give them 5 stars. However the office and management need a lesson in customer service. It took me multiple phone calls after the initial diagnoses to even get them to order the part for my gas fireplace resulting in two months going by without heat in my sun room. When they finally did order the part it only took one day to come in. I asked twice to have a supervisor call me to talk about some kind of discount for my inconvenience and no one ever called. A very frustrating experience.

This company made a repair in a separate unit from ours to a water line. It is obvious their poorly trained technicians did not flush the lines properly and now the fill valves in our unit our clogged to the point that we have to replace them. When we called the office at Heidler they admitted their mistake but refused to offer any solution to fix or repair their mistake. Our family is now out 500$ making repairs to our unit that were brought on by this companies shoddy workmanship. I would use caution in calling Heidler to make any repairs on your property.
