Not impressed, I received a quote for a job in which I had done most of the work on my own; mind you the quote was given before I informed them of the work id done, still somehow the work that was left came up to 500$+ the estimate, they provided no itemized charges even after my request so who knows what was what. I don’t plan to call again......

Very pricey. They charge for travel time as well. Too bad won't be using them again

My grandparents called Murphy's, aware of the fact that they have to pay for them to drive in and back, but not for the plumber to walk out with no warning and go to the store to buy the appropriate fitting. He spent more time shopping for the part than doing the work, and charged them over $550. He should have had that fitting in his truck or not go to the shop being paid $125 out of my grandparents' pocket. MPGA (make plumbing great again ;) ).

I’ve used Murphy’s Plumbing for 7+ years and perhaps on 10 service calls. We’ve had our communication issues at times...but all in all, they always pull through and provide a solid service. I have used a few other plumbing companies and will be sticking with Charles Murphy. My original review was 3-stars. They were very old school and not responsive early on. They are really striving hard to be a 5-star operation in both plumbing and customer care.
