They do not give their employees any benefits. They had one good employee for an electrician who did great commercial but they let him go. So we won’t be calling them for our commercial work any longer. And I suggest that no one else calls for commercial work. Owner does not even know how to read electrical prints. You were warned. They are no longer called RC enterprise they are now called G.E.M. So maybe now the service is better but the experience from someone I know working there is not top notch. They didn’t give insurance to their employees. Just got a slimy feeling from the original owner. But like I said they were bought out by GEM.
Rude employees. Don't expect anything from them as far as courtesy goes. Although I didn't use them professionally I had a very unfortunate experience woth the service people and whomever answers their phone. Hopefully they are better plumbers and/or electricians then they are humans.
