Positives - On time - Polite Negatives - They estimated me around $8000 or more to fix my broken pipe and said they would give me a call later with more details. Never heard back from them. Found another company who fixed it for $1800. You will not get a DVD when they camera inspect your pipe unless you pay extra on top of the camera inspection charge. Was never even asked if I wanted a dvd. Had another company camera my pipe for a lot less money and the DVD was included like it should be. They water jetted my pipe which left the side of my washing machine covered in dirty water said they would clean it up but never did. I allowed them to use a container I had to catch water while they were water jetting and they left it outside dirty and full of mud. They told me information that I later found out was false information after talking to a professional pipe layer. All in all I would not recommend this company your better off going with ASAP drains much cheaper and more knowledgeable or if you need a pipe fixed find a professional pipe layer who won't over charge you!!
