I've worked with Johns Sewer and Pipe Cleaning for over 10 years to do yearly routine pipe cleaning in Cambridge and have always had a good experience. They are professional and very easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

I had an emergency service yesterday (Sunday) and the Tech arrived within an hour, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and rapidly solved the issue. My main line was overflowing waste into my basement and we had just moved in the day before. He was able to find a tennis ball in my main line causing the issue, removed it and was able to explain the only ways it could have been in the line since it's too big to enter through a drain or toilet. I can not express enough how impressed I was with the service!!! Thanks again! :)

I recently had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining. I called my plumber but he could not come soon enough so he recommended John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning. It was a great experience from the start. The woman who helped me on the phone was very helpful and got me an appointment exactly when I needed it. The nice young man who came to fix the problem showed up right on time and did the job quickly & efficiently. I have since recommended this company to a friend who was in need of a plumber quickly. She had the same good experience.

Fantastic. Called on a Saturday morning to have a drain cleared. A technician was out an hour later. He was very nice and cleared the clog in a few minutes. Will definitely call John's Sewer in the future.
