Streeter always follows through for my property at 1 Grovers Avenue. They are the only plumbing company I can trust.

I really appreciate the fact that Streeter Plumbing invoices me, it makes it so much easier. They are the best plumbing company in Winthrop!

I cannot recommend streeter plumbing & heating due to terrible experiences over the past 5 years. They have a real quality problem with their operation. For example, they regularly don't follow through with finishing the job. This past week I called to have a pipe fixed, which was leaking under my sink. They came over to fix the pipe on Monday, didn't fix the pipe, and promised to return and fix the pipe that afternoon. It is now Saturday and my pipe is still leaking and no one from streeter has been in contact. Unfortunately, this is the norm because I have had problems with my heat in the winter as well as issues with my hot water heater, that take multiple visits for streeter to fix, because they don't verify they've solved the issue. This is how they roll. I would recommend you go with any other plumber that has a reputation for quality service.

Good local company - they did our oil->gas conversion and helped us work with the Mass Save program to get that 0% interest loan. Although the estimate of 3 days actually turned into a full week, I was impressed with the finished results and appreciated the temporary installation of an electric hot water heater during the project.

Alright, once we finally got some one out here (1 1/2 late) diagnostic fee = $225! Then we were stood up 3 days in a row - reciptionest we'd call told us he'd be out between 3-5pm - NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED! As a mother of 5 children I had to cancel each day afterschool activities and lessons. Friday 9:30 am with out a call or any notification mr Plummer shows up at my door just as I'm leaving for an apt! 30 min and part I'm charged another $150. Are you freaking kidding me! After 7 days with out hot water and a sticky 10 month old I'd had enough!
