Babcock Plumbing told me they do not "do drains" anymore. They refused to help me rooter my kitchen drain. I was totally shocked and very disappointed, because I had had great experiences with this company in the past. The woman I spoke with on the phone that morning gave me three different excuses and was barely civil; clearly, she wanted to get rid of me. Sadly, I will never call them again after this experience.

After a big job they recently completed for us, I can honestly say that Babcock Plumbing is the only plumber we will call in the future, and the only plumber that we will recommend to friends and neighbors. Not only knowledgeable and professional, they actually care about their customers and provide excellent customer service from start to finish. The main water line to the house (it was nasty polybutylene) developed a leak, and the entire line had to be replaced. When they finished digging a trench and installing the new copper line, you could not even tell that major digging had gone on in the front yard. We also had them replace all of the plumbing and valves at the house (hose bib, house shut off, and irrigation shut off valves) as well as installing a regulator which now protects our home from the constantly increasing water pressure by the city of Mesa, and finally allows us to run our drip irrigation without having the heads blow off. And, before they left, they made sure that all of our water sources, inside and out, were functioning properly. I had contacted other "big name/big advertiser" plumbers, and their rates were not only outrageous, one of them sent someone out on Tuesday to go over over the jobs needs, and told me I would have a quote the next day. On Friday, I had still not received a quote, even though they knew we had been without running water since the previous Saturday. The customer service is a night and day difference between Babcock Plumbing and other big name/big advertiser plumbing outfits. I will stand by the small businesses that care about their customers, and that means Babcock Plumbing. Thank you Jacki, Sheldon, Brett and Craig!
