Eric is an awesome Technician. I was very pleased with the explanation regarding my issue and his positive attitude made me very comfortable in the remedy. So glad I'm with AC by J!!! in almost 10 years I have never considered another Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing company. We have used AC by J for a little over a year now and have never been disappointed. Every employee we encounter is courteous and professional, they are more concerned about our comfort than making sales. When we needed to have our entire unit replaced this summer we were so afraid of being overcharged in a what amounts to being a sellers market (summer in AZ) but our techs number one concern was getting us air back to our home, NOT over selling us on things we didn't need. We would like to give special recognition to Buzz for all he did to not only set us up for installation at the quickest possible time, but also to personally follow the process through to the end and make sure any mistakes were correct and we were 100% satisfied.
Andrew (kind, polite, talented) went above and beyond expectations! He fixed what other companies said they couldn’t and saved us over $5,000 by being extremely skilled and taking his time with the job at hand. We are AC by J customers for life. We are extremely grateful to him!!
AC by J recently fixed our AC unit by replacing our compressor - they had to locate one that was compatible with the unit we have and then scheduled Nate to install it the next day. Everything was done efficiently and with a great attitude even though Nate had to install it in the 110 degree weather. He made sure I was happy with the installation before he left. We will be recommending AC by J to our friends.
Tim Andersen was great. Easy to talk to, did the work efficiently, good communicator. Was fun to discuss things beyond the task at hand. He also offered to connect me with Bryce Johnson.
