Our boiler needed replacement during a very cold weekend. Michael Russo Plumbing gave us a very fair price and had our new boiler installed in one day with such professional coordination. I can’t say enough about this company. My family have been using Russo plumbing for over 40 years and have always been happy with their excellent service.

We had Mike Russo Plumbing in when we renovated our half bath and were very satisfied with how things turned out. There was an initial issue with the faucet installation (partially due to the type of faucet we chose) and once informed he promptly sent sent a guy back to remedy the situation at no additional cost. Great customer service.

On time service, excellent professionalism and service. They are honest and trustworthy, prices are fair and reasonable.

Something to ponder on: Called these folks twice to replace a thermocuople and their response was "right now we cannot handle any new accounts". But if I needed 10 boilers they'd be all over it. Shame you M. Russo for not serving your community. But I am sure the love cheap labor immigrats have to offer. Business owners, contractors and residents stay away from this one. Hypocrites !
