Waldman Plumbing & Heating

After holding a service contract and spending lots of money using Waldman during the past 5 years, John the owner tried to scalp me on an easy quick repair. Quoting $6011.00 to replace a 2 foot section of copper drain pipe with PVC replacement. A simple cut and replace job! Don’t use this company if you are a home owner or residential customer. Seems like all he’s interested in is big jobs from commercial customers!

Didn't call back. I had to call a 2nd time, then they told me they did not want to do the job.

Had a leak in bathroom plumber arrived to diagnose the problem for 75 dollars proceeded to take a hammer and basically destroyed my downstairs ceiling. At the end of his destruction charged me 195 dollars and couldn't find the problem the absolute biggest hack. I'm a union carpenter and if i did this i would lose my job.

Called this morning to get some pipes under the kitchen sink fixed. I was very happy with the customer service! The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and friendly. I asked for a window of time and she said between 10 and 12. The time was 9:15 and I was very happy to get an appointment so fast! The 2 guys even got here a little early around around 9:45. They were very professional and friendly. Fixed everything up quickly and cleanly. They did an awesome job replacing all the pvc pipe and bringing it up to code under there. I had called a different plumber who we had used before to unclog the same drain. He said he would be here Monday. I called this morning and asked what time he was planning on getting here. He told me he had 2 other jobs he had to do first. I asked if he could give me a window of time so I could make sure I was home and got, "Oh God. Listen, I'm a busy guy. I'll let you know when I'm on my way.", as a response. So that's when I called Waldman and I'm very happy with that choice! They cost a little more than the other guy but honestly it was fully worth it for the customer service and professionalism! For a stressed out, stay at home mom, who is trying to finish packing her house to move in a few days at the same time as taking care of her baby's every need while dad's at work, the ease of working with Waldman has literally made my day. So much so that I just wrote you a novel for a review lol. Thank you so much!

Waldman Plumbing and Heating booked a same day appointment. Once Tim and Paul arrived they both took the time to listen and clearly understood my needs. Not only did they complete installing an automatic water distillation unit but made time to solve an unscheduled faucet and valve issue in one of my showers. Thank you Tim and Paul for dedicating a portion of your day and performing your craft well.
