Home Services at The Home Depot

Purchased a lawnmower with a service contract from Homedepot Rockland. Contacted service company (Asurion) and they told me to contact a repair service. Contacted the repair company left a number of messsges Waited a week with no response and contacted Asurion again. They then gave me a number of other repair service companies (many not even in Massachusetts ), where I would spend more in fuel than cost of repair Decided to contact homedepot in Rockland and spoke with three managers over three days, wach promised to contact local repair company and get back to me. I have yet to hear back from any of the three. Additionally, the service company said don't expect your lawnmower back for a while. Who in Mass needs a lawnmower in Oct or November I have never written on of these before, but wanted to let you know that Homedepot just rips you off over these repair contracts ---- nothing but a SCAM. Managers at Homedepot need some training on customer service Maybe the whole company needs a makeover
