This company came within an hour of my call. Pricing was very affordable, all of the people I spoke with were kind and courteous, fantastic work. Don't waste your time with Roto Rooter.

This company is the best. All it took was one phone call and within one hour a technician, Sam, was out to help us with a clogged kitchen sink. They charge a flat rate exceptionally reasonable. They are local, located in Shrewsbury, are super friendly and hard working. Thank you so much! Not to be compared with Roto-Rooter which is in my opinion, are thieves and overercharge and try toto upsell you "enzyme treatment"...

Called them Thursday evening. They made time for us Friday morning Cost was extremely reasonable. ALOT less than we expected. Nate the service tech was friendly and professional. Cleaned up the unfortunate and unavoidable mess Wish we didn't need them but since we did we Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Sean (or is it Shawn) came to our house to check the functionality of our drain since we had problem last January. Sam (also United Drain Cleaning) thought we had a freeze problem with our drain last January which resulted in our fieldstone foundation basement flooding. We live in Florida, so this was, for us, a big problem. Anyway, Sean came and checked things out. He also believed we had a freeze problem since everything seemed to work just fine. Sean gave me some suggestions to help in the future and basically was professional and courteous. So, would I recommend? Yes I would.
