Pioneer Basement Waterproofing

Customer service has gone way down hill. They no longer stand behind their work or their products. Had an issue with a dry vent that they installed and the very expensive dehumidifier we bought was shorting out and blowing fuses. Took awhile to get someone to come out. They finally did. Rhey removed dehumidifier and I was told that someone would call me back about the dryer vent. Four weeks passes with no call so I called them. Had Tim call me back who was not at al concerned about the dehumidifier shorting out or my walls dropping from the heat of the dryer vent. His exact response to me was "I don't see how that's our problem." Then he proceeds to tell me that they have been doing this for years to which I reply "the guy who out the vent in said you had just starting doing vents and he had only done a few." Then he would not even let me talk but just kept talking over me. I finally said I would deal with the issue myself and will not be using Pioneer for anything again. I hope no one else puts their trust or their money to waste with this company. They USED to be very professional and stood behind their work and their products. Sadly no longer true.

I don't work for Pioneer Basement but have been very impressed by their team. Tim Xavier evaluated our situation and even remembered the layout of our basement many months later when I called to ask him a question about upcoming work...and that's without looking at a plan! His team was hardworking, easy to have in the home, polite and professional. They were thorough and honest. I'd highly recommend them based upon our experiences.

Hello All! My name is Marissa Burke and I have been working for Pioneer Basement Waterproofing for close to 2 years now. I have been working full time since I was 14 years old, I am now 24 and I can say with confidence this has been the most amazing company I have ever worked for. This company is like a family to me, threw thick and thin, both professionally and personally Pioneer employees, management and owners have always been there for me. WE STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS, WE LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS. The training I have received I feel has taught me skills I can use for the rest of my life. Our customers always come first. I Just wanted to express how grateful I am to work for a company who not only cares about their customers 110%, but also their employees.
