Absolute Precision Plumbing really is the BEST plumbing company around! They have been to my house twice. When they came to look at the work I had to have done, they got back to my very quickly with an estimate. But, when they came back to do the work, they suggested an alternative to the first method and saved me a great deal of money. I was willing to pay the first price and they had no reason to offer me a cheaper method. BUT they knew cost was a factor for me and they did their best to offer me an option that was easier for me to afford! In addition, I have referred Ken and Absolute Precision to quite a few people I know. EVERYONE thinks his company does a wonderful job. They are prompt, they are knowledgeable, they have fair prices, they clean up well... Recently, one of my friends stopped having hot water in her home ON A SUNDAY. Ken called her back 1 minute after I sent a text telling him about her problem. Absolute Precision was there at 8AM the next morning to work on her problem. You can't ask for better service! Ken is a great guy. His company does a great job. I would refer them to ANYONE!!!

Ken and his team at Absolute Precision are responsive, on time, clean, fast, respectful, and easy to work with on big projects and small. They installed a Mitsubishi minisplit ductless heater A/C unit in our kitchen. The unit was the perfect solution. It was a very tough area to heat (high ceilings, skylights) and uncomfortable in the summer months. The new unit was installed completely in a day and I tried it out as soon as they left. I couldn’t believe how fast the room heated! The unit is sleek looking, and very quiet. They were very neat on the install removed all the trash, and were very polite.The install went very well and they stayed to answer any questions. We also hired them last year to replace cast iron drain piping and update to PVC. They did a wonderful job and earned our repeat business. This company is responsive to our needs, and have always done a good job. Highly recommend for all plumbing heating and ac work.
