It saddens me to write this review, because I thought Ken Olsen was very personable and knowledgable when he came to evaluate our home. We were seeking a whole new HVAC system for a home renovation. He took structural plans with him in August of 2018 (that cost me $40 to print) with promises to be in touch within two weeks with an estimate. We never heard back from him. I called his business and sent an email directly to him, and never heard back. I hate leaving a negative review, but our experience leads me to warn others that it could happen to you too.
Called this morning (Sunday) at 9 am for leaking hot water heater, someone was here to see what parts were needed by 9:30 and they were back an hour later with a new hot water heater and finished the job by 11:30 with zero signs of anything ever happening!
I Highly recommend this service. I have used all surrounding plumbers and no one compares.
