I woke up one morning with no hot water. Having 2 kids and an elderly disabled person in the house I need it repair ASAP. The only reason I used this company is because they were able to come that same day on a Saturday. Paul gave me a quote of $300 for repair and $1000 to replace the heater. They charge me $300 to change a gold metal wire in the heater pilot compartment. It took the repair guy literally 10 minutes to do. Two days later the hot water stopped working again. I called Paul, he told me it would cost $1400 (notice how the price increase $400 in a few days) to replace the heater. He said he would forward the $300 I paid for the repair towards the replacement cost and I would have to pay an additional $1100. Keep in mind I bought the heater 3 years ago and paid $600 for the heater and to have it installed. There’s a special place in hell for people taking advantage of others. Worst company and even worst costumer service. I will never use them again. Shame on them!!!!

Always available, good prices, easy to deal with. Been using these guys for five years - everything from a faucet leaker to furnace replacement.

This is without a doubt one of the MOST rude people I have ever dealt with in my life. You will not get heat working if you deal with Paul. He does not care if it works, and he doesn't care about legal minimum heat regulations or how much money you waste trying to get your heat up to 64F on days when it's less than 15F out. He "doesn't care" and it's "not his problem". Do business with anyone BUT him.
