Today I called with a urgent issue. I needed the boiler serviced and I called looking for a same day/ emergency service call. I understand that those calls can be difficult to help with last minute. Understanding completely that they may not be able to help. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The woman that answered the phone seemed put off with the call. She was rude, not helpful and did not even ask for details about the matter or offer a time when they could come. She was completely unprofessional. I did find a wonderful company that came to help. We needed a full replacement of our heating system. Based on the customer service alone I can't recommend Bennett Plumbing. Unfortunately the call taker is the first impression. It wasn't a good one. They do good work, but they don't follow through. I had them do a couple of things in the old house, and they didn't close the building permits in 2 years - we almost lost the sale because they wouldn't help us close them. Now I tried one more time because good plumbers are hard to find on the cape, they came out and wasted my time measuring for a quote, and then after over four weeks and 3 calls, they still haven't given me a quote.
