I was picking up some freshened tanks .. And was greeted promptly and even helped me load up tanks..Very professional staff..

The have an extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great service. They help me get a part for my reverse osmosis system it could not find in any other place. I purchased the acid Neutralizer from them about 5 yrs ago and it works very well.

Been a customer for over 30 years. My first system lasted about 25 years, I'm on my second system now. Their service has been excellent, the systems tend to need a little service every 5 years or so. I also have them deliver a pallet of salt once a year.

Horrible experience! Salesman came to my home and made a presentation and I agreed to install. On the morning of the install, and 30 minutes after install was to begin, Salesperson Tyler Boudreau called me to say the installer called out sick. I was later told this was a lie and Tyler had forgotten to have me sign a needed document. From there, I was left to make contact with the area office and that went poorly as well. I was told I've have a certain model installed when I agreed, later to find out they would install whatever model they had on hand. Avoid this company! They have a nice website.... Everything else stinks like my water still does.
