Greenwood Sewer Service

It was the first time I contacted Greenwood for service, after moving into a new home. They didn't show up at the appointment (I stayed at home just for that). The lady on the phone apologized when I called to ask where they were. She offered to come the next morning at 9am. Nobody showed up. I called again. The lady said she would call the person on field ("I'm just the accountant"). No call back.

I am in the Real Estate Business and need to do Title V inspections frequently. Greenwood performs this service faster than anyone I've used in the past. They are quick, efficient and honest. Highly recommended! Thanks Greenwood!

I called these guys to fix a disaster of a plumbing/sewer/septic issue on a recommendation from a local realtor, and I am SO GLAD that I did. Alan was immediately responsive, squeezed me in that day, and had the problem fixed shortly thereafter for a very reasonable cost. I will be switching my septic maintenance to them when my contract is up for sure. It is delightful to deal with genuinely nice, professional people.
