Bob with PJ Emergency Plumbing came out the night we called to give us a quote and after we bought a new toilet he came back to install it. Our responding technician was Bob. He was on time, very thorough, and very courteous. He covered his shoes and layered our floors with paper as not to dirty them. When finishing the job, Bob cleaned all dirty surfaces of the bathroom with bleach wet wipes. He made a really bad situation into a delight.
