Mike L was outstanding. He took me from a place of anxiety and being overwhelmed to calm and confident that the problem was able to be identified and fixed. He expertly repaired my plumbing issue and was personable and professional leaving me not only with my issue fixed but also with the information I needed to understand the problem. I will ask for him specifically in the future. I’ve been with this company for years and he is the best technician I’ve ever had.

Maffei was awesome from start to finish. Everyone whom I spoke to and/or came to the home was polite and professional and consistently referred to me by name. They laid out the options for the job I wanted done without pressure to choose one or the other. When it came time to perform the work they actually showed up early (a good thing!) And when they discovered the job would be quicker and easier than expected they let me know and adjusted the bill accordingly. I'm not sure how much more objectively "awesome" you could be.

My technician, Michael LeBlanc, was great. He arrived on time, was quick, knowledgeable and courteous. His work was very thorough and the finished product is a great improvement over what he started with. I would highly recommend both Michael and Maffei Services to any of my family & friends.

Although my furnace installation was very reasonable, the plumbing work is for other things is outrageously priced. It is a flat rate fee, not per hour. Which means, if your job is straight forward and doesn't take too long, you are paying for someone elses less efficient job. The service itself is well done and very professional and the technicians are always efficient and personable.
