Fast response time, great service, Karen talked to me like a friend. Very informative, explained each process as she did the work. Repaired my backflow issue correctly for a very reasonably inexpensive cost. I would recommend Accurate Backflow Testing and Repair to all my family and friends.
I find the Accurate Backflow Testing and Repair Inc. company to be informative and educated with help in all areas of backflow prevention. The personal have been working in the safewater industry for 25 years and I feel their knowledge completed the tasks at hand in a timely manner. I would recommend them highly.
Their response rate was fast. However, I am compelled to give them a two star because the customer service reps are really rude and very passive aggressive. Perhaps that staff is stressed out or spread too thin. Hope this feedback helps improve their service.
