Home Services at The Home Depot

I had a horrible experience in which my time was taken for granted as I waited three days for a door installation. I called repeatedly and each time was given the run around as Home Depot took no responsibility for the mishap. Why offer installation services which you can not depend on. I was conferenced in between the third party and Home Depot to listen as both parties took no responsibility and then rudely offered me $10 as a courtesy, mind you I had to miss 3 days of work which calculates to about 24 hours. The installation service I would rate as an F.
