ARS / Rescue Rooter Boston

I have been a customer since the original air conditioning installation 17 years ago. They have serviced the system annually and have been there for us in the past when there was a special servicing need (not often!). The service techs are knowledgeable, very polite and very respectful of my home (as in they don't track in dirt!). The system finally stopped working after all these years and I needed to replace it. Jason C. was extremely helpful as I made my decision to go with them on the new unit. I will ask for him as the annual service tech in the future! I highly recommend this company.

David came out to inspect our furnace and blower. He quickly identified the main control board had failed with a hit spot. The furnace was 21 years old and we decided to replace and upgrade to a much higher efficiency. David was clear and explained everything that needed to be done. Six days later they came to do the install and we were happy to see David headed up the team. If I owned an HCAC company, I would try to hire David immediately. Great job and great representative for your company!

Daniel was awesome today....absolutely the best. He came and took his time to diagnose the issue (which was complicated) and worked diligently and thoroughly to figure it out. He is clearly experienced and knows his stuff. Also was extremely friendly. All the ARS employees (including previous technicians) were also very friendly.

ARS is very lucky to have such a skilled, smart and respectful Technician like Jim C. He was on time, called ahead , and got right to work. He explained everything very simply so i could understand, my issues. He also did his best to find me every discount possible. By far the best technician that has ever come to my home. On top of everything hes just a really nice guy! Thanks jim!!

Came out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend to replace our water heater. They took care of everything and were dine quickly. Will be using them again
