I met with Silas and he was very helpful in walking me through the house and pointing things out or commenting about various things that I might want to consider. Ended the meeting with some estimates for a few minor things but no major work needed, luckily. I felt that I could trust his judgment and opinion regarding the things we went over. I'd be glad to call them again for services.
