Drain King

Ok, so it’s super bowl Sunday and my sink and washer flood my kitchen.....I call drain king....super nice and helpful, they tell me it’s their pleasure to assist! A tech (dirk) was at my house within 30 mins!!! After diagnosing the problem, a short while later all was well again!! I have 4 kids and can’t have drain or sink problems....dirk made me feel great about everything, and the whole process was simple and amazing!! Now I’m back to a free sink and washer for super bowl Sunday!! 100% recommend!! Amazing service, even on super bowl Sunday!!

Had a pesky clog in the drain frommy washer/ slop sink that I needed fixed. I like to keep my business local, so i called Drain King of Haverhill. I got an appointment that fit my work schedule with no hassle and booked it. My service technician Chino was not only right on time, but he was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and fixed my problem in no time and at a reasonable price. He was also able to give me some advice on general upkeep. If you have drain problems, I highly recommend you call Drain King and ask for Chino.

Drain King does good, quality work however it comes at a steep price and average communication. We had a few scheduling conflicts but when they do arrive they are knowledgeable and the work is satisfactory. I will try other companies before returning back to them.

Dirk from Drain King came out to help with a drainage line that we just couldn't figure out... we'd rented snakes, etc, tried everything. He was quick and efficient - found the problem tight away. He explained everything, and went overboard with his thoroughness... upfront, honest, and reasonable pricing. Great experience... he really bailed us out. Thanks Dirk!!
