We have used them several time in the past and we have been always very satisfied with prompt service. Michael did a great job solving our plumbing problems and he was great with our German Shepherds! We highly recommend them and we just gave their number to our neighbors in North Andover.
I used Kannan two times in the past and they were responsive and did a great job. The past two times I tried to get them to my property for a couple small jobs they would not return a call or make an appointment. I guess my money isn't green enough. But i have a feeling if work got slow they will be calling. So if you have a big money making job for them they will be there, smaller job forget about it. Your not important enough.
Be careful when hiring these people. I had them replace a water heater several years ago and ask for an estimate. The only estimate I got was for the water heater and was told by Kannan he would call back with a final estimate. That never happened. His workers showed up and replaced the water heat in less than 30 minutes. I have no issue with the cost of the water heat but I was charge some $1200 for 30 minutes of work. These people are thieves.
We've called Kannan & Pricone several times since moving into our new house (leaky pipes, general maintenance, replacing water heater, installing garbage disposal, etc). They have always been nothing short of prompt, quick, thorough, clean, and precessional. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.
I agree with two reviews below, from Donna and Sam. The invoice only listed a total due amount, it did not itemize parts and labor. The second invoice had a parts and labor charge separated, no details. Plumbing job was performed and completed as planned. My issue is with the # of hours claimed and charged to do the job was enormou$ly exaggerated. WTH - so paying an honest $145/hr wasn't enough? Labor charge was clearly overstated.
