CUSTOMER BEWARE- Their technicians lie and will blacklist you if you do not follow-up on recommended services. All Drain Services initially was polite and helpful in working through a blockage somewhere in our main drain. It's great they have 24/7 access. When the blockage could not be located by the technician, the technician offered us a discount for the service and recommended that we have a video inspection ($300-$400). The City came out to help, but All Drain Services told them they could not complete a complimentary video inspection of the lines because our main line was holding water. Less than 1 hour after the technician left, I decided to look at the main drain myself and realized it was NOT holding water and actually was draining fine now. I am not clear how long the technicians was lying to me about the status of our pipe. I called back to cancel the video inspection and the company has "BLACKLISTED" us as customers because we obtained a discount for a service and did not follow-up on the planned next steps.
