Fantastic experience. Don Fraser came to our house to give the appraisal, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The quote he gave was right in the middle of other quotes I was getting, it fit right into our budget which is always important but what really drove it home was all the positive Google reviews; and we couldn't be happier. Our initial date the work to be done was 5 months out but Don said that openings are always popping up and they'd be able to get it done much sooner. I kept in contact with Jackie from their office who was always very nice and after just a few weeks of checking on open spots they were able to work us in 4 months ahead of schedule! The crew came on a Monday morning and by the time I came home from work Tuesday evening the work was done and the basement was clean. They did a phenomenal job and our confidence is through the roof that the days of pumping out our flooded basement are finally behind us.

What a relief -- no water in the basement! Process was simple and very professionally handled. The guys never came to my upstairs, were courteous and respectful. The people in the office are super nice, great sales guy who walked us through the process. Good financing terms. Overall a REALLY great experience.

I've had major issues with my water in my basement since I moved in. It was getting out of control and I was on a tight budget. I got quotes from close to 5 different companies. B dry gave me the best price, by far. They didn't add unnecessary pipes or create any more sump holes to jack up the cost. They took a look at the project and determined what needed to be done at a very fair price. The day they were supposed to come we were due to get hit with a huge storm. They called me ahead of time and asked if they could come a day in advance. They brought a double sized crew so they could get a 2 day job done in only 1, and boom done. They were very polite and worked extremely hard. The finished product looked great and I haven't had a drop of water since.

Very professional about their work, good price, left my basement very neat and clean.
