RP MC Laughlin was recommended to me by a coworker. My water heater tank exploded and I must've called 7 or 8 other plumbing companies. Most did not call back as they said they would. When I called RP they immediately gave me a time-frame of when they would come. Not only did they come and analyzed the problem. They went above and beyond to allay my concerns. They walked me through each step and if something came up they would let me know what else could be done. Bob and his team were amazing and took care of everything.
