Have used Bourn Plumbing on several occasions! Fast, friendly service! Was super impressed that the owner, Rob, asked if he could take his shoes off before entering the house. And, that he cleaned up when he was done--you can tell he takes pride in his work and his business! Have referred them to friends who have been equally pleased with their standard or service and quality of work.

Our oil heater had been working overtime this winter and she was sputtering as of late, to the point that I thought I'd have to lay her to rest. I hired Bourn Plumbing to check the old girl out and after a short diagnosis, decided to go with their advice and get them to order new parts. A couple of days later, and in little time the new parts were fitted and she's running just like new, in fact she's purring. Saved us a few thousand dollars on a new model so am wicked happy!

Rob came to fix my hot water heater . After fixing my hot water heater , I mentioned that I've had a sink clogged for years that another plumber could not fix . He was able to unclog my sink within 30 mins.. He did say it was solid , but he never gave up . He also fixed the toilet flapper , which was super quick .. This was all done for a very reasonable cost and less than two hours .. Great customer service all around from the phone call to Heather down to the plumber , Rob . This type of great customer service and quality work is unheard of these days . I am a very happy customer and will recommend Bourne Plumbing to all of my family and friends .
