Assured Service Plumbing & Heating

We have done business with Assured Service in the past (they replaced out boiler) however my most recent experience needs to be shared. We called on Wednesday because our AC wasn't working, I was told they couldn't come that day, but they would be there on Thursday, I was fine with that. So I stayed home all day on Thursday...by 3:30 they hadn't arrived so I called again to find out from Eric when they would be there. We agreed to move it to Friday. At noon on Friday I called to find out when they would get to me, I was told they were in Natick and would there within an hour. At 4:05 I called and no one answered the phone. Called at least two more times, no one picked up. I won't be calling again....ever. On top of not getting my AC fixed I wasted two days sitting home waiting for them to come over.

We found your company's name on the Northboro Mom's FB group page. And were they right! Our first floor heat was out (January). We called at 230pm. He estimated anywhere between 3-5pm. There was a knock at my door at 3! Very polite, professional team from the very beginning. Got straight to work and we had heat within the hour. Very respectful to the end. Thanked me for my service (vet) before I could thank them for theirs. Assured Service is our #1 call from here on out. So grateful to Assured Service and especially Eric and Jacob.

The service was ok, but it's hard to reach him after he got the job half done. Don't pay him full in advance otherwise he will disappear. Avoid if it's possible. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews.

I have had Eric work on a unit of ours multiple times now. He always answers the phone when you call which is great. Every time I called he was here on the same day. He fixed our problem and even called in the next day to check to make sure we were happy with everything.
