G&C Plumbing & Heating

Had Casey and Matt at the house today from G&C Plumbing and Heating to do a maintenance check on my hot water/heating system. Casey was very knowledgeable and efficient at what had to be done. All questions I had were answered and he even answered the ones I should have asked. Recommend a few changes to make the unit more efficient which I appreciated. Matt his apprentice was very attentive helpful also. I believe he will be a great addition to the team. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely call on them when needed. So impressed! Brandon and Chris were prompt, polite, informative, and incredibly professional overall. While I originally needed to have a shower leak fixed, they went through the entire bathroom and brought another issue to my attention that we also ended up fixing that day. They also walked through the rest of my home and put my mind at ease regarding a few other issues that I was concerned about. My husband and I plan to make several plumbing-related upgrades over the next couple of years, and we look forward to doing business with G&C!

Had a great experience with G&C! The office was very nice and explained the service process clearly. And both the office and Greg were very helpful when we had to unexpectedly reschedule last minute. Brandon and Matt were very professional during the service appointment. They explained everything they were doing and even took the time to fix a slow drain outside of the main service call. Their work looks great! Any future plumbing work we need done will definitely be through this company, I was very pleased with the service start to finish.

This was my first experience with G&C Plumbing & Heating. I needed help with the pipe leak in the basement. They seem to be very organized and I appreciate their upfront pricing based on various work difficulty levels, so this way you know upfront what you will be paying. 15 minutes before Casey arrived I received a text message from the company with his picture and a brief biography, which I find a very good way to give heads up to the customers about who will be performing the service. Casey is experienced, quick, professional, friendly and informative. In general, you can definitely feel the quality and care in every step of the process, from the initial phone call to making the payment for the service. After the work is completed, you will receive a request for feedback and a seamless way to leave a review on various sites. I would definitely recommend this company!

I had a hot water heater let go and G&C Plumbing was at my house within 1 hour of my initial call. They replaced the unit in a matter of hours The service technician Brandon was great. I would highly recommend G&C to anyone looking for a plumber.
