My AC Compressor was not working and after a two week wait (because i'm not on a service contract), the technician pumped the unit with R410 and it immediately escaped the condenser coil. He charged me $350 for the diagnostic and said they would come back with a quote for repair. The following Monday I received the quote to replace the unit to the tune of $3800. I proceeded to get quotes from 4 other providers in the area all of which came in under $3000. Edit 02Aug2019: After seeing my review I received a call from the regional manager regarding my experience. He explained that the quote was incorrect and provided a new quote that actually came in UNDER the previous quotes from other providers. Additionally, I was put on the schedule with only a 4 day wait. Two technicians arrived promptly the day of service, they were very professional and did a fantastic job installing the new unit and communicating with me about what they were doing. Additionally, they gave my second AC unit a quick cleaning while waiting for the new system to pressurize. I have to say after my initial review and feeling furious with Victory that I was more than pleased with the final outcome. I believe that they indicated that a new process was implemented (based on my experience) for service quotes over a certain threshold to ensure the quote is accurate before sending to the customer. I haven't cancelled my service contract and will definitely be sticking with Victory as it's clear they went above and beyond to make things right.

I've had 2 Victory cooling systems in my home for years but I'd especially like to call out the wonderful tech crew that stands behind those systems. They were at the house to do much needed tune ups for both systems today; arrived exactly on time; and walked me through every aspect of the service! I'm very happy with Victory!

Andrew did great job on a very hot afternoon. He assessed the problem & started fixing the A/C, right away. Took a while to take care of the extensive Ice build up in cooling unit. Once ice was gone, Andrew put in more coolant & fired up the unit; everything ran fine and the condo started to cool off, right away. Andrew was very professional & knowledgeable, even climbing high up on the building's flat rooftop to check compressor, too. Terrific job!

Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly from beginning to the end. Installation was quick and crew came on time as promised. All work done was very neat and clean. He made sure that everything was done as quoted and that I had a good understanding of the operating procedures.
